We want you to feel as good about your IVANKO products as we feel about making them.  If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us.  We will cheerfully offer a refund, credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information and the "fine print".   

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date of delivery.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.  If the product has been used, damaged, or otherwise in less-than-new, salable condition, we will assess a restocking fee of 20%.  While we are happy to provide a refund for you order, we cannot refund shipping charges related to you order, unless otherwise stated.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please e-mail us at cs@ivankobarbell.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable, insured method to mail your return.  We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

PLEASE NOTE:  You, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as your order's original shipping charges.  These shipping charges are non-refundable.  Where an order has "Shipping Included," the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom made equipment, incl. racks and free weights.

Items on Sale.  All Sales items, including scratch & dent, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
